In the past, Cheng’s career has taken her on a 3-year assignment in Europe, recruiting for Facebook's first engineering site outside of North America and she has spent 5 years in Asia working with tech companies like Acer, BenQ, and EMI Digital Music.
Chan is a member of Capital Markets’ Asset Based & Transitional Finance desk, where he leads the origination, structuring and syndication of distressed, rescue and asset based financing opportunities. He was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada and graduated from New York University. Today, he continues to mentor NYU students and leads community service initiatives in his capacity as Senior Captain of Citigroup Capital Markets’ NYU recruiting team. In his spare time, Allister enjoys traveling, exploring new bars and restaurants, snowboarding and playing hockey, golf and basketball.
Ehlers is the CEO of the Malala Fund where she works closely with Malala Yousafzai, the world’s youngest Nobel Peace Prize laureate, to break down barriers that prevent 130 million girls around the world from being educated. Previously, she served as President & CEO of PAI, which protects and promotes female reproductive rights, worked in grantmaking at the Wallace Global Fund and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Central African Republic. She also sits on the boards of Ibis Reproductive Health, and LAMB, a public charter school in Washington, D.C.
Stuart is the Vice President of the Drug Product Supply organization at Pfizer Worldwide Research and Development, where he oversees drug product development, manufacturing, materials management, and sourcing activities in support of clinical trials conducted globally by Pfizer. He has 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and previously worked at Procter and Gamble Company. Stuart earned his BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and his MBA degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering and sits on several academic and professional advisory boards. He is a recipient of the Pfizer Global Research & Development Achievement Award.
Bakken is a Global HR Leader for Innovation and R&D at Cargill Incorporated. In his role supporting the Chief Technology Officer and VP of Innovation at the largest private company in the US, he leads the development of innovation and R&D talent. During the 16 years he has worked at the food and agricultural goods supplier, he has held various roles, including recruiting and operational HR. Steve lives in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area with his wife Mary, their son Will and daughter Eloise. Outside of, and sometimes during, work he enjoys travel, cross country skiing, running, cycling and a wide range of food and cultures.

Reid is a Managing Director and Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion and the Institute for Inclusion at Morgan Stanley, and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. She works to design the firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy with emphasis on hiring, retention, development and advancement of key talent. Previously, she worked at Marsh and McLennan Companies, Bell Atlantic, RR Donnelley’s financial services division and New York. She currently serves on the boards of the Morgan Stanley Foundation, Storefront Academy Charter Schools, iMentor New York City’s Advisory Board, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council. Reid has a degree in Economics and Political Science from New York University and lives in Harlem, New York.

She serves as the chief strategist for inclusion globally, focused on leading programs, initiatives and policies that actively support the bank’s diverse recruitment strategies and leads a team of talent acquisition professionals responsible for filling tens of thousands of positions annually. She is married and is the mother of four children.
Oinounou is the President of Mo Digital and the founder of @mosheh, the popular Instagram channel that curates news and headlines on Instagram Stories and reaches over 67,000 followers. He is an Emmy-winning executive producer, formerly with CBS News, Bloomberg TV, Fox News and CNBC. Throughout his career, he has led teams at major media companies dedicated to building products and developing new approaches to storytelling and content creation for all platforms. He currently consults for media brands on digital transformation, video production and content strategy.
Armstrong is the Head of Account Management for Facebook’s Global Marketing Solutions division, where he leads a team of six Sales Leaders and over forty Account Managers to empower more than a thousand small and medium businesses to reach their full potential on Facebook. Previously, he worked at Life Fitness, graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and briefly served as a Tank Commander in the US Army. Outside of work, Cortlandt enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 kids, logging onto Peloton for a workout, and collecting bourbons from his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.
Comingdeer is the Head of Global People Analytics at Accenture and has over 15 years of experience focusing on operational effectiveness and developing talent. He serves on the adjunct faculty for several universities, where he teaches business and health care management courses. In addition, Comingdeer enjoys teaching yoga and serving on nonprofit boards, as well as performing with bands and orchestras in his local community. He lives in the Minneapolis area with his partner and their three dogs.
McCaskill is LinkedIn’s Career Expert, where he is responsible for helping the world understand how LinkedIn creates economic opportunity for the global workforce and ensures storytelling is informed by cultural competency and inclusive narratives. Previously, he served as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Global Sales & Marketing at Facebook and Senior Vice President of Global Communications & Multicultural Marketing at Nielsen. McCaskill also delivers African American-focused political, cultural, and economic commentary as an on-air contributor to SiriusXM’s 38 million subscribers, is an inclusive marketing expert for BET’s digital series THE GLAM GAP, and is an investor and culture consultant with two early-stage tech startups. He’s a Mississippi native (living in Harlem) with degrees from Morehouse College and Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Mayes is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for grocery store chain Albertsons Companies. He has been named one of the Top 100 Diversity & Inclusion executives in the United States. Mayes received a Bachelor of Science from Warner Pacific College and a Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law in Oregon. He began his legal career in the San Francisco area, where he lives with his wife Varetta, and has previously held leadership positions in Government Relations, Public Affairs, Sustainability, Philanthropy and Diversity & Inclusion at Safeway, which merged with Albertsons Companies in 2015. He is also an accomplished endurance athlete, professional musician, vocalist, arranger, and bandleader who plays piano, guitar, bass, violin and drums.
Handy was part of the founding team at Georgia Aquarium. She is a Master Technical Trainer, with over 20 years of experience. She is a key brain behind the Be a Multiplier program that inspires people to amplify and encourage their communities to skill up for the jobs of today and tomorrow using Trailhead, Salesforce’s free online learning system. She uses her experience to make technology more accessible to youth, girls, communities of color, and Veterans through organizations such as BlackGirls Code, Hidden Genius Project, Girls Who Code, and Trailhead Military. Leah has also published a children’s book, Charlie the Hotdog. She enjoys working out and traveling with her family.
Owyoung is the Vice President of Inclusion, Equity & Belonging at Robinhood, partnering with business leaders, employee resource groups and the people experience team to support the firm’s mission to democratize finance for all. Agen is the Global Head and Vice President of HP Marketing Planning, Operations, and Office of the CMO. In her 28 year HP and Hewlett-Packard career history, she has held a variety of leadership roles across Print, PCs, Storage, and Servers. Her two most memorable breakthroughs include being on record as part of the start-up team that built the fastest growing $1 billion business in the company, HP Pavilion PCs, and when she built a unique bridge between HP and her community’s need to print more sustainably in Suffern, NY. A seasoned recruiter with over 20 years in the industry, she has held senior recruiting positions at a range of companies, including Lazard, Blackrock, Capco and D.E. Shaw’s fintech spinoff, Arcesium. In her career, she has been a part of a number of initiatives centered around candidate experience, campus recruiting, employer branding and company culture building, and her work has primarily focused in the financial services and technology space. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University and is a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science. She is passionate about mentoring students and animal welfare.
